07 November 2017, 10:00 - 15:00 ( Add to calendar )

Join mammal expert Derek Crawley for a day exploring the ecology of Badgers - one of Britain's most loved, yet most controversial animals. There will be a morning session at Brandon Marsh covering badger ecology, the law affecting badgers, interactions with other animals, distribution and population sizes. We will then head out to Ryton Wood to search for signs of badgers.

Refreshments provided, please bring your own lunch, sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothing.
