Taster session: Coppicing

Come and try your hand at the ancient practice of coppicing - chopping young trees to ground level to encourage them to re-grow multiple stems, which provide beneficial habitats for wildlife and can be used to make hurdles and hop poles. 

Please bring sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing, refreshments provided.
